Just read some bad press on Cyndi Wang written by an i-weekly reporter [a man]. Realised that she's rather a harsh and straightforward artiste who is very protective of herself towards the media. Not a very favourable figure as described throughout the text.
The reporter confirmed with other colleagues who have interviewed Cyndi Wang before about her attitude. She appeared rude and short-tempered.
Maybe that's her style of communication, maybe she wasn't that harsh, maybe the reporter didn't like the way she sounded, maybe he twisted what she meant because of her tone... But facts of different viewpoints have revealed the truth before us. Looks like we have to accept something practical - entertainment, most of the time, is about packaging. What's weird is that Yuling's interview with her was perfectly fine and okay. Or is it that her attitude and mood vary with her energy level?
Just watched her arrival and departure videos taken by a fan in the airport too. Her promotion assistants and her nanny deliberately covered her face almost throughout. What are they trying to do? It's as though Cyndi daren't face anyone.. but she's done nothing wrong. I guess it's all right to be filmed, as long as it doesn't harm anyone physically [or mentally, haha].
