Sudden desire

Call me weird.. i feel like going to airport all of a sudden, after looking through some photos in the friendster accounts. No link right. -_-"
Airport has always been somewhere i love going to, probably due to the feeling of anticipation when one travels to a foreign country and the delight of returning to own country safely after an enriching journey. The relaxing and wonderful atmosphere just influences me.
Not forgetting the duty-free shops, check-in counters, the whole strech of french windows where one waves to kin and friends upon departure and arrival, conveyor belts, air stewards and stewardess and of course, planes!! The entire surrounding is invariably brilliantly furnished, brightly-lit and gives off an aura of resplendency.
If you're lucky enough, you might be able to catch a glimpse of artistes arriving singapore at the airport, surrounded by hoards of fans, jostling each other to get autographs, take photos of their heart-throbs.. Whoa. i saw Ekin Cheng and Sixplus at airport before, the former a coincidence, the latter a deliberate attempt. Haha. =)
Airport reminds me of my memories when my parents took me for tours.. and when a few friends and i chatted and looked at the planes landing and departing through the french windows, as though we've got all the time in the world.. how nice to reminisce them once again. But the irony is although i favour airport, i hate travelling abroad. Planes make me sick.. except for SIA planes.. at least i wasn't overcomed by nausea when i travelled with SIA to and from taiwan last year.
So, Singapore airport and SIA rocks! Should visit there when i can afford the time to do so.. Who wants to tag along? =P
