Durians and smelly tofus

music none

Watched the 2nd telecast of Saycheez on Channel U just now. Realised that durians are such controversial fruits. Non Singaporeans [and Malaysians] are put off by their taste and smell. Hmm, interesting. Especially when most locals favour durains' exceptionally sweet taste. An Italian described it as "a mixture of cheese and sugar". How coincidental - both are my favourite! [But health's enemies, -_-"]

This reminds me of smelly tofu that is very popular in Taiwan. They should then be considered as the most controversial food in this case.

Why is it that some people can accept these edibles and some can't? This could be due to the subjective nature of human behaviour. Psychology!
