FUN报Party @ Downtown East

i gave my debut hosting gig to FUN报Party @ Downtown East, an activity organised by 3 student newspapers -- Lianhe Zaobao Popcorn, Friday Weekly and Thumbs Up -- to celebrate their publication anniversaries.

that was also the first time i'm standing on such a huge stage, which was equipped with instruments, amplifiers and sophisticated lightings.. whooo.. but surprisingly i didn't feel nervous. all thanks to my partners yimin and yuneng, who somehow gave me the courage. comparatively, their hosting skills and stage impromptu reactions were much better. ;)

of cos there were some flaws, but everything was ok. just that the crowd gathered at the gamestalls right in front of our stage was not very responsive. kindda expected cos they were concentrating on their games.

i guess i just have to start learning from the hosts when i attend outdoor events. talking is easy, hosting isn't.

besides having such a rare experience, i made friends with some music lovers who performed at the event too. yay. *shows victory sign*
