《夢想號》 MV

I read from somewhere that 棒棒堂's record company is spending substantial budget on them to market them to the Chinese areas beyond Taiwan..

But their second hit 《夢想號》's music video seems to be a slight disappointment. I have expected a more sophisticated MV that suits the mood and tempo of the lively and sunshine melody. But most of the MV scenes were extracted from their autograph sessions' video clips. The studio shots were done in an ordinary room and I don't see the "bouncy feeling" that's supposed to be expressed alongside with the fast-paced music. 活力都跑到哪去了呢?

To inject liveliness, power and punch into the MV is not an easy task though, besides using a series of scenes that last for less than a few seconds or so.

The guys weren't very natural in their individual shots too.

I think this MV could have been an excellent representation of 棒棒堂's youthful and playful qualities. What a pity!

As compared to 《夢想號》MV, 《七彩棒棒堂》's much better, although surprisingly they are produced by the same director.



P.S. Some MVs on Youtube are laggish. 棒棒堂's MVs are one of them, poor things.
