This weekend was horrendous. There was a publication layout assignment due on Saturday midnight. Everything was very rushed and packed because I have got other commitments, so is Wendy, my project partner.

She came to my house on Friday night and stayed up all the way until around 11am the next day, where she hurried to another location to help out her coursemate with video filming. I was impressed that she actually survived without one night's sleep. Me too, I slept only for a miserable 1.5 hr and woke up to rush, rush, rush. Horrible.

I continued with the assignment until 4.30pm, when I had no choice but to leave for work from that evening until the night (aiya wrong timing!). Wendy came over in the evening and completed the unfinished parts. It was like a running relay, with batons passing from one to another. Just that this is a mental relay.

Besides finishing a 32-page booklet, we also designed a logo for our imagined design house:

Amateurish but I was quite proud of it, cos it was done by ourselves!!

Sunday was spent doing the preparation for the next assignment for this Publication Deisgn course. I don't know why the assignments were scheduled to be due at this point in time when the exams are nearing. Don't want us to study is it. Very inconsiderate leh.

By the way, wanna say a big THANK YOU to the very super duper uber kind Darwis for spending his Sunday afternoon till night to help us out. (:
